INFORMATION CLAUSE
Under Article 13 paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the Resolution 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27th April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as: GDPR) and Article 8 of the General Decree on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data in the Catholic Church issued by the Polish Bishops’ Conference, on 13 March 2018, during the 378th Plenary Meeting in Warsaw, on the basis of can. 455 of the Code of Canon Law, in connection with Article 18 of the Statutes of the Polish Bishops’ Conference, with the special permission of the Holy See of 3 June 2017, (“the Decree”) we inform you as follows:
The administrator of your personal data is the Secretariat of the Polish Bishops’ Conference with its registered seat in Warsaw, Skwer kard. S. Wyszyńskiego 6, 01-015 Warsaw (“Administrator”).
