The social and political events of recent months have filled our hearts with anxiety and concern for tomorrow. As believers, however, we should place our trust in God’s Providence, which rules the world and history. Let us enter this New Year with an attitude of complete trust in God, entrusting to Him everything that awaits us in 2022 – said the spokesman of the Polish Bishops’ Conference Fr. Leszek Gęsiak SJ in his wishes on the occasion of the New Year.

Gli eventi sociali e politici degli ultimi mesi hanno riempito i nostri cuori di ansia e preoccupazione per il domani. Come credenti, tuttavia, dovremmo riporre la nostra fiducia nella Provvidenza Divina, che governa il mondo e la storia. Entriamo in questo nuovo anno con un atteggiamento di completa fiducia in Dio, affidando a Lui tutto ciò che ci aspetta nel 2022 – ha detto il portavoce della Conferenza episcopale polacca P.
