Archbishop Józef Kupny was elected the new Deputy President of the Polish Bishops’ Conference

On 14 March this year, on the second day of the 397th Plenary Assembly of the Polish Bishops' Conference, Archbishop Józef Kupny, Metropolitan of Wrocław, was elected Deputy President of the Polish Bishops' Conference for a term of five years.

In the Polish Bishops' Conference, Archbishop Kupny acts as the Delegate of the Polish Episcopate for the Pastoral Care of Working People and Delegate for the Pastoral Care of Entrepreneurs and Employers, as well as a member of the Team to the Delegate for the Pastoral Care of Polish Emigrants.
