Archbishop Marek Jędraszewski has submitted his resignation as Archbishop Metropolitan of Krakow to Pope Francis due to the fact he will be 75 on 24 July 2024. The Pope accepted the resignation, while asking him to continue in his current office until he appoints his successor.
