Archbishop Stanisław Gądecki will carry out his current ministry as Archbishop of Poznan until the appointment of a successor is announced

Pope Francis has decided that Archbishop Stanisław Gądecki will carry out his current ministry as Archbishop of Poznan nunc pro tunc, i.e. until the appointment of a successor is announced. The Metropolitan of Poznań will turn 75 on 19 October and was required to resign.
