Spokesman of the Polish Bishops’ Conference: May the Risen Christ fill us with joy and the certainty that in hope we are already saved

I wish all of us that the Christian hope emanating from the empty tomb may enlighten our lives, enliven our actions and give us new strength and courage in view of the challenges we face – said the Spokesman of the Polish Bishops’ Conference Fr Leszek Gęsiak SJ in his Easter greetings.

We publish the entire text of the wishes:

Christ is risen! He rose from the dead first and gave us the hope of eternal life. He, the Risen, is the source of life, love and the fulfilled hope for which man longs and expects.

On the occasion of Easter, I wish all of us that the Christian hope emanating from the empty tomb may enlighten our lives, enliven our actions and give us new strength and courage in view of the challenges we face.

It is worth asking ourselves how we can put into practice in our daily lives the message of hope that the Resurrection of Christ brings. How can we be witnesses to this hope in our families, communities and in the world?

May the Risen Christ fill us with joy and the certainty that in hope we are already saved. Let us go out with this message in the Jubilee Year to our sisters and brothers bringing hope where it is lacking.

Have a blessed Easter!
