Statement by the Bishop of Radom
On 12 July 2025, the Holy Father appointed an auxiliary bishop for our diocese.
However, the bishop nominee asked Pope Leo XIV to release him from this position. The Holy Father accepted Fr. Krzysztof Dukielski's request, releasing him from the office of auxiliary bishop.
The Apostolic Nuncio, in conveying this news to me, instructed me to make it public.
