October 26: Episcopal consecration of Monsignor Mirosław Wachowski
On Sunday, October 26, at 5:00 p.m., in St. Peter's Basilica, the episcopal consecration of Monsignor Mirosław Wachowski, currently Undersecretary for Relations with States in the Secretariat of State of the Holy See, will take place. The Eucharist will be presided over by Pope Leo XIV, who will also be the principal consecrator.

On September 18, Pope Leo XIV appointed Monsignor Mirosław Wachowski as Apostolic Nuncio to Iraq. At the same time, he elevated him to the titular see of Villamagna di Proconsolare, with the dignity of archbishop.
