Audiencia del Presidente de la CEP con el Santo Padre Francisco
Las cuestiones actuales relacionadas con el funcionamiento de la Iglesia en Polonia durante la guerra en curso en Ucrania estuvieron en el centro del encuentro del Presidente de la Conferencia Episcopal Polaca con el Santo Padre Francisco, que recibió al arzobispo Stanislaw Gądecki en una audiencia privada el 28 de marzo. Po ubiegłotygodniowym Zebraniu Plenarnym Episkopatu, w związku z powracającą kwestią relacji polsko-żydowskich, biskupi podkreślili konieczność kontynuowania dialogu polsko- żydowskiego opartego na prawdzie, zaufaniu i wzajemnym szacunku. Przypomnieli, że wszelkie formy antysemityzmu są sprzeczne z zasadami chrześcijańskiej miłości bliźniego. Wskazali również na heroiczne postawy Polaków, którzy ryzykując życiem, pomagali prześladowanym Żydom podczas II wojny światowej.
