Pope Francis makes surprise visit to 3 Roman Curia offices
(Vatican Radio) Pope Francis on Thursday paid a surprise visit to the offices of three dicasteries of the Roman Curia: the Congregation for Oriental Churches and the Pontifical Councils: Cor Unam and for the New Evangelisation. During his visit, the Pope agreed to answer a number of questions put to him by the staff of the three organisations.

(Vatican Radio) Pope Francis is the inaugural contributor to a Lenten pastoral effort of the Prelature of the Pontifical Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii. “Keep Lent” is an initiative of the Prelature’s youth ministry office, which reports several thousand subscribers already from throughout all of Italy and from around the world, including the United States.
Pope Francis’ followers on Twitter now exceed 27 million
(Vatican Radio) The number of Pope Francis’ followers on his @Pontifex Twitter account in 9 languages climbed above 27 million during his visit to Mexico. The most popular language is Spanish with 11,146,700 followers, the second is English with 8,680,000 and the third is Italian with 3,365,500. The other languages in order of popularity are Portuguese, Polish, French, Latin, German and Arabic.
