Cardinal Grzegorz Ryś has been appointed a member of the Dicastery for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, the Holy See Press Office reported. He is also a member of the Dicastery for Bishops since 2020.
The Holy See Press Office published the appointments of new members of the Dicastery of the Roman Curia at noon today. Among them was Cardinal Grzegorz Ryś, Metropolitan of Łódź, who was appointed a member of the Dicastery for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments. Since November 21, 2020, he has also been a member of the Dicastery for Bishops.
Cardinal Ryś was included in the College of Cardinals during the last ordinary public consistory, held on September 30 at the Vatican.
