May 31, 1:30 pm: Mass at Jasna Gora for the intentions of the Synod (announcement)
A Mass for the intention of the ongoing Synod of Bishops on Synodality will be celebrated at the Jasna Góra Shrine on Wednesday, May 31, at 1:30 pm. Archbishop Marek Jędraszewski, the Metropolitan of Krakow and Vice-president of the Episcopate will preside over the Eucharist on behalf of the Polish Bishops' Conference and deliver the homily.

Młodzi z całego świata będą w sobotę - przedostatni dzień Światowych Dni Młodzieży - czuwać wraz z papieżem Franciszkiem na Campus Misericordiae w Brzegach. Poza tradycyjnymi formami modlitwy, będą wielbić Boga tańcem i śpiewem, a pomogą im w tym artyści znani w Polsce i na świecie. W planie czuwania znajdzie się m.in. ekumeniczny koncert i inscenizacja teatralna.

On Tuesday, 12 July, shortly before midnight, Archbishop Zygmunt Zimowski, President of the Pontifical Council for the Sick and the Pastoral Care of Health Care Workers (Vatican Minister of Health) and Senior Bishop of the Diocese of Radom, died.
